As a shareholder you can access information via the shareholder portal regarding your shareholding, register your e-mail address to receive invitations to general meetings as well as request admission card for the general meetings and appoint a proxy.

Electronic investor information
Aarsleff offers all shareholders the possibility of receiving electronic investor information. You can receive notices to the general meetings, annual reports and company announcements via email. Aarsleff sends out notices to general meetings via email. It is therefore important that you sign up to Aarsleff´s email service on the shareholder portal by registering your email address if you wish to receive notices to the general meetings. Please log in to register your email address.

The shareholder portal is developed by Computershare A/S. If you need support, please contact Computershare on info@computershare.dk or by phone +45 45 46 09 99. If you cannot log in to the shareholder portal, it may be due to the fact that your securities account has not been registered by name. In order to get registered by name, please contact your depositary bank. The name registration process usually takes a day.
