This is the portal in which we store and administrate relevant information about you and your investment in the Employee Share Programme.

The settlement of the programme and the distribution of the funds to the participants of the programme is planned for August / September 2022 at the earliest due to, among other things, pending receipt of a tax clearance statement from the Danish tax authorities.

 

In order to make the transfer of funds to your personal bank account in connection with the settlement of the programme, please go to “Personal information” and update your bank account details not later than on 26th of June 2022.

 

If you are using a bank account which is set up outside of Denmark (i.e. an account with an IBAN that does not include “DK” as the two first characters), please insert your private address details (registered residence) as well. If we don’t have the correct and complete information requested by us, we can’t process the relevant payment to you. After the 19th of June 2022, entries or changes in the portal regarding bank account details, etc. will no longer be possible.

 

You are responsible for keeping your contact information in this portal up to date at all times especially your e-mail address for communication purposes. Please have in mind: Your Username is going to change when you update your e-mail address for communication purposes. Please make sure that you always remember your username.
