As a shareholder, you can access information via the shareholder portal regarding your shareholding, register your e-mail address to receive invitations to general meetings as well as request admission card(s) for the general meetings and appoint a proxy.

Electronic investor information
Bang & Olufsen a/s offers all shareholders the option to receive electronic investor information which includes notices to the general meetings, annual reports and company announcements via email.

Bang & Olufsen a/s distributes notices to general meetings via email. It is therefore important that you sign up to Bang & Olufsen a/s' email service on the shareholder portal by registering your email address if you wish to receive notices to the general meetings.
